I bet you most of you guys know how powerful Liquify is and how scarry it is as well. I use Liquify a lot to fix my photo, but in just a very slightly way. But sometimes I was overdone with it, because I had to.
As I said before, I don't usually post Before/After photo because it might offend the model. But let's make this as an example for how scarry Liquify is:
The original photo, as you can see, the model as a broad jaw and chin, also she has one bigger eye. No problem. Photoshop can do everything.
How many things different that you can point out?

Ali Bromley
Ali Bromley was a Canberra model who now move to Sydney and stay there. She's so gorgeous and a very enthusiast model, working professionally. Before she move away, I had my chance to do a few shoots with her (last entry in the bath tube). This entry is for 2 other shoots with her in editorial style.
The first one is called Faux Four, working with the amazing stylist Gerard Wilton and MUA Lesley Johnston. We did 4 looks for the shoot in 3 hours including changing makeup and hair.
This is my most favorite shot for all time. I used one bare 580EX to lit her up against the sun light behind her.
Reflector card works well, no need for flash. Kudos for the granny paints LOL
Again, one bare flash
You knew the story.
The second one is the following night, I went out shooting with Dave Reid and Ali Bromley in the freezing city night.
It was fun shooting at night playing with long shutter speed and flash. All was lit by bare flashes.
Remember if you work with bare flash and it not aiming in the right direction, it could create harsh shadow on model face by her nose or cheek. You can always touch them out and make the shadow soften. Clone Stamp would be your friend.

You know, I'm sorry for haven't been blogging for a while. So now I'm trying to show more photos here. My blog is so behind of my works, so it's a good thing just to show many photos first, then tips come later.
Here are someof my favorite shots from the slide show above
And here is the team:
MUA: The amazing Dave Reid
Model: Ali Bromley and Lauren Ashley
Next one, again, Dave Reid made Lauren Ashley look stunning:
Was all ambient light.
Red gel does the color.
The punk bride, blue gel over head and snoot aim to Lauren's face.
